Résumé¶

Le projet de fin d’étude en Génie Electrique permet aux élèves ingénieurs de Polytech Clermont-Ferrand de découvrir les exigences qui leur seront imposées dans leur futur métier. Le sujet proposé ici par l’école Polytech Clermont-Ferrand est de créer un système numérique capable d’enregistrer l’évolution dans le temps de plusieurs grandeurs physiques caractérisant un moteur électrique ainsi que les lois de commande qui permettent de contrôler ce dernier. L’étude graphique de l’évolution de ces grandeurs permettra de définir l’efficacité des lois de commande imposées au moteur. La difficulté de ce sujet repose dans le fait qu’il y ait une quinzaine de grandeurs à enregistrer (cela représente un nombre important) et de façon très rapide et synchrone (une acquisition toutes les 2 μs). Le livrable à rendre en fin de projet est donc une carte électronique permettant de réaliser la fonction d’enregistrement voulue.
Ce travail a également pour but de réinvestir toutes les connaissances acquises durant la scolarité des étudiants mais également d’en approfondir certaines autres notamment sous la forme d’auto-formation.

Abstract¶

The end-of-studies project in electrical engineering at Polytech Clermont-Ferrand allows the students to discover the professional requirements of their future job. The subject here is proposed by Polytech Clermont-Ferrand and consists in creating a digital system capable of recording evolution over time of several a three-phase motor’s characteristics dimensions and of controlling laws. Studying graphically the evolutions of those dimensions will define the efficiency of the controlling laws on the motor. The difficulty of this project is based on the fact that there are fifteen dimensions to record synchronously and very quickly (data acquisition every 2us). The deliverable at the end of the project is an electronic board which aim to make the recording function.
At the same time, this work allows students to use skills they learned during all their schooling and earn new skills throughout the project.
